TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER FROM ABSA VEHICLE FINACE

I sold my car in june 2021 through fast buy, the deal was concluded and i got discount from the remainder of the amount still owing. Fast buy and absa finace are clearly not communicating and their systems are not linkes to see that my car was sold by their other division, to my surprise they have defaulted me of the credit bureau can someone please contact me urgently to try and resolve this matter this shouldn't have ever happened. My file is supposed to be closed according to a gentleman that tried assisting me in the beginning of this sale Mr Nhlakanipho Mnguni. i need that default resolved yesterday.
