Terrible service

I am very upset and disappointed 😞 I've been having absa account for 4 and years now and I went to absa Eastgate shopping center last week Thursday to open a business account then the lady who attended she wasn't even interested, I do refugee I'd which the said they've send for verification with fica but upto now there's no feedback and when I contacted the branch on Tuesday the said their going to ask the lady to contact me back, which they never did... also i app**** for credit card but also there's no feedback 😕 😢 😔
