TERRIBLE SERVICE - CREDIT CARD PAID LETTER REQUIRED

I finished paying my credit account in March and I have been waiting for paid up letter The account was handed over to Debt In and I have been doing follow us for months and still no response

Can some please assist by sending a paid up letter I need it as soon as possible

Please advise if you are winning on this complaint

All I am requesting is a paid up letter and removal of the judgement on my ITC profile
