Terrible service

Terrible service!!!! Just wow. No space for business banking. Only one queque for business banking and public. Everyone is working at their own pace. There is no sense of urgency. I do understand that Voortrekker branch is closed for renovations but at least there was service. What will happen if businesses just moved to other banks? The floor service manager from Voortrekker street is trying his best but you can see no one wants to work with him. We have companies to run and can just sit in a queque for 1-2 hours. I understand that staff also have to take lunch, but why isnt there 2 people at least to help the queque.
