Terrible Service

I app**** for an Absa personal loan I think it’s now 1 and half months ago, after applying I never received any further communication or information regarding this application only two weeks later I then received phone calls 2-3 times a day, everyday for almost whole month from an agent who calls to confirm that I’ve app**** and to confirm my details they then tell me an agent will contact me to finalise the application I am still awaiting this call it never happens yet everyday these agents call to do the same thing and tell me an agent will call I even called in quite a few times to the number I was given for the loans department and after many attempts when I finally got through and they also say the same thing an agent will contact me I am still waiting this is terrible service to be honest and I wanted to open youth accounts for my two kids with absa but after the service I received I will definitely not be doing so.
