Terrible service by consultant
I was so disappointed by the service i got from ABSA BRITS NORTH WEST on the 21/05/2021.The consultants are so unprofessional the lady was helping me but busy chit chatting with her colleague with her chair turned at the back about me while listening to them , telling her i could have told her exactly want i wanted help with, whereas i don't even know their system terminologies and how their system works she was even laughing , i see the reasons why some people take videos when experiencing bad service. it was disgusting and i was not in a good state of mind to talk a lot to them

I tried to call you but the number belongs to a certain gentleman who claims to be your neighbour.
There are two Absa branches in North West, please tell us which Absa branch were you at, maybe to be specific the branch you went to is situated to which shops for us to assist further.
