TERRIBLE SERVICE BY ABSA HOMELOANS

MAJOR COST AND DELAYS INCURRED DUE TO ABSA HOMELOANS' INACTION TO RELEASE TITLE DEED. We have a home loan with ABSA that has been paid up since mid 2022. We have been in the process of removing restrictions on the title deed of the property since 2020. This was approved end 2022 by City of Tshwane with ABSA to conclude the process by arranging updating of the deed as holder of the title. ABSA has failed to do this and their inaction has led to us being in a situation where our application for removal of restictions together with the application for subdivision is expiring on 7 September. Recommencing the process will cause us to incur significant cost and will potentially delay the process with years. ABSA had all the relevant information since March 2023 and our laywers were constantly following up with ABSA to no avail. One department was endlessly teferring us to another. STEER CLEAR OF ABSA HOMELOANS
