Terrible service at Enquiries

The service at enquiry at the stone towers branch In king Williams town is terrible One some Saturdays there is one person at enquiries with a whole lot of people waiting. I was one day treated like ******* when I asked a person why does he get out of the queue and then push back in. I was the only white person in the branch and they washed the floor with me. not one of the officials uttered one word, Sometimes there is two or more at enquiries but only one is attending to clients cause the others are busy with who knows what. I worked at FNB years ago, and we were taught customer is king, just saying.
