Terrible service @ Absa unless u have Millions of course!

After years of banking with Absa recently paying off my entire balance on one of my credit cards, I can get no where with a payment relief holiday or any assistance to manage my affairs during COVID lockdown. It seems unless u are Rich and have tons of money Absa takes no interest in you whatsoever !

Customer service in the bank is minimal and NO one can tell me why I am paying so many fees and such a high percentage on all my financial products
