Terrible service and understaffed

<p>Went to absa to apply for a small loan today. There was one sales consultant and he sat with one client for over an hour while a queue waited, the other sales consultant sat in his office without assisting anyone. I have been with absa over 15 years and the level of service is just getting worse. Would give no stars if that was an option. Same problems with no staff at riverside mall as well as white river center. </p>
