Terrible service and ***** on my account

Am so unhappy with the service I have received. I have been waiting for a consultant to call me for such a long time but no one has called me. Money went out my account the end of February and the payment was reversed but the payment went off my account again today. I have been sending communication and have been promised that someone will call me but that has not happened since the end of February.
