Terrible service ABSA V&A

The bench at the V&A Waterfront, the staff have no respect for clients, I went their this morning to do currency exchange, myself and two other customers waiting in line, the woman at the counter tells us that the teller is fine on lunch and we don’t have a choice but to wait for 45 minutes longer, she then proceeds to laugh at clients who expressed being displeased, a grown ass woman, laughing in the faces of customers who were not even being rude or impolite, I’m no sure if that’s part of customer service or not
