Terrible service Absa

As an Absa business client I am very unhappy with the service that I'm receiving at Absa (Anderson branch) klerksdorp. Since Desember 2014 there are only 3 kassiers in the branch, that includes all the busy days of the month aswell. Thats totally unexeptable!!!! The Anderson branch is always busy. There is room for 10 kassiers, but only 3 thats open. There is only 1 que line and on busy days or sometimes not even busy days, there are 4 que lines with only 3 kassiers. I've spoken to one of the kassiers and she has told me that they have asked for more kassiers from head office, but without any success. Absolutly Bad management!!! Absa sort your branch out!!!!!! Its Chaos at the moment!!!!
