Terrible service

I've been recieving calls from absa daily even when I have explained to them that the study loan has been paid up. This is so annoying because they dont update their records. I've sent them the letter of settlement hundreds of times. Now they have references the accounting to the collectors MBD attorney and this is having a bad impact on my name. I would like this matter to be sorted out as soon as possible.
