Terrible service

I went to ABSA bank on the 14/01/2023 and got the worst service ever I went to do an ATM deposit, while busy with the transaction. Then there was a system error just before I could get my slip. Then I called a lady by the name of Mmabatho to assist, she is rude not helpful at all. I explained to her what happened, all she said was the money is gone and there's nothing she can do I must get in the branch and que for assistance, stood there for over an hour and the que was not moving. Then another lady also was complaining it's the 4th time she comes to the bank only to be told the only person who can help her is of****ain Mmabatho rep**** rudely telling that lady that she can't help her coz she doesn't know about how the person who must help communicate to their managers about days off with an attitude.What really irritated me is the way l was treated and how Mmabatho treat clients.Absa will lose customers coz of staff members like Mmabatho.No communication nothing.l asked the other lady if my issue can be resolved on other day as l couldn't wait any longer due to time so she said l can come next week.l wonder how will they treat me coz this is an ATM issue my money is gone and printed just the slip with no much of details.
