Terrible service

This is terrible service, i app**** on your app for a loan received the quote and agreement but the part where i have to choose the account where the money should be deposited into and what account to debit is blank, i then went to the branch they cant find my load application but then i thought let me open a cheque account maybe then i can get this finalized and guess what it resumes my application and the options still stays blank, now if i try to apply again i get declined i will not accept this because you came with a counter offer on my initial application and once i received the quote and agreement i told the mechanic to go ahead and now i'm in debt with my mechanic with my finger in my ass!!!!
