Terrible service

Went to ABSA today in Polokwane. Brother in law & his wife have passed of covid. Was asked to contact call center to be helped. I understand the risk iro covid, but ABSA should have people @ the branches to help people. This is ridiculous. To top it all of , ABSA did not ask for life insurance for the home loans that my brother in law took out . I thought that was compulsory.
