Terrible service

Been struggling to get through to absa since Friday as they gave me a timeframe for 3 business days. No feedback has been received on my application and if i speak to a consultant the phone just cuts on their end, Today is the 3rd business day and no one gives any feedback including the complaint department via the website. The email get ignored as well. I need feedback ASAP.
