Terrible service

This is the worst bank ever,,, every month I must be fighting with them, my biggest regret was to take a loan with them, July they updated the credit bureaus incorrectly, said I have arrears when my account was up to date, now this month they decided not to update the bureaus at all, so my account is fully up to date but according to the bureau my loan has an outstanding balance and was last updated in July. I will never allow anyone to take a loan with ABSA, they will damage your credit report
