Terrible Service

I have recieved a payment from overseas which was made 10 days ago until now I have not recieved any info from ABSA I went into the bank this morning for the second time and they just give me a phone and call a no and I must hold I held on for a full 30 minutes before I gave no answer I have a ref no and the person who paid the money into my account from overseas went back to his bank twice and they said I must wait for ABSA to contact me So how long do they need to contact me or at least assist me when zi go into the bank Terrible Terrible assistance from ABSA
