Terrible service

I Have a credit card with ABSa , when Covid 19 started they unilaterally decided to stop debiting my account then they send my account to legal when they stopped debuting without my approval.

I never asked for Covid 19 assistance therefore ABsa must just go back to running the debit order as per normal because they messed up and now want to turn and make it as of I am the one who messed up
