TERRIBLE SERVICE
I bought my house Portofino, Montmedy, Lorraine, Port Elizabeth, during October 2010.<br> At the time of purchase the house was approximately 3 years old and Absa Bank inspected the property before approving a bond and the insurance.<br> At no stage was ANY damage, water damage, cracks, wear and tear noticed or reported as far as the building was concerned.<br> During 2012 Port Elizabeth had at one stage enormous rain and flooding and during this period, water damp was noticed at the downstairs bedroom and garage, of which there was never ever any damp against either walls. This damp was caused by the unusual heavy rain water that was not able to be absorbed by the ground because of over flooding.<br> This claim to have the walls re-inforced was rejected due to poor building - of which for the previous five years there was not one damp spot on either walls, which would definitely have proven faulty within five years.<br> The second claim was for the cement steps that cracked and collapsed, once again it was said that there were cracks in the steps that caused it to deteriorate, this being said without having proof that there was ever cracks in the steps, telling me actually that I am telling lies.
