Terrible Service

Went to Absa to withdrawn R35 000 just before 3pm Today. Went into the Bulk teller. Erika was was not very friendly start with then my husband told her we would like to withdraw cash she asks how much? R35000 immediately she is arrogant and asks my husband if we ordered money. No we did no we had to as we withdrawn more miney before at Preller branch and no ordering was nessasary. Arrogantly and very unprofessional she says. But thats how there branch works and shes only working there. You have to order abive R20000. We did not knowthat and there is no nitice anywhere. She left and came back with money helped us and did not even say thank you or bye. When my husband asked her name she just looked down. This is not our first bad expierence with Absa. Seems if you are not dress like a doctor your nit important enough. Looks like Fnb or any other bank is s better option!
