Terrible service
The amount charged by Simplex on 18/07 for R1700.96 - has already been charged on my account and there is an uncleared transaction for the same amount. I sent Absa a message to rectify this error and release my money however I have not received a response to date. and from the simplex they have voided the charge so the problem is with Absa. The next think i'll be charged double for additonal fees. it has been a full 5 days and debit orders are due
