Terrible service

Opened account by ABSA. Waited a day to find can't use account. Two days ago found couldn't swipe go buy goods. Thought it was due to limits. Tried updating limits on banking app didn't work. Came to branch stood in que for more than half an hour. Asked them to increase my limits. Went to buy TV to find couldn't swipe or withdraw money. Apparently account has limits so they shrugged their shoulders. Now I am sitting in yet another que to try and upgrade my account so I can access my money
