Terrible service

I have had the most horrible experience both in the branch and with the Fica department who just can't seem to get the FICA right after everything was submitted online when the account was opened as well as emailed again when the supposedly didn't get the documents. There is no point continuing with such a start. After over 2 weeks since the account was opened it still is frozen. Please close the account. I want nothing to do with your company.
