Terrible Service

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I have an account with ABSA that I will be terminating. I've had this account for more than 10 years now, in the last month I've been experiencing problems with my card getting blocked. I went into the branch and they said that's it's the machine that was used and they unblocked it. However this has now happened for the last 4 times and it's an incredible inconvenience. Imagine filling up in fuel and having your card decline even though there's funds there. It's ridiculous. I've even made a new card at my expense but this nonsense still carries on. I would never ever recommend ABSA to anybody, it will be the greatest mistake ever. I am truly frustrated. </p>
