Terrible ****** and rude attitude towards client

ABSA insurance has sent out an assessor to assess certain damages at my premises of 295 friederiche Street Weirda Park and the assessor was so rude and abrupt it was disgusting not even giving my mom a chance to speak he stated ' do you want me to sort the problem or do you not?' this is unexceptable childish idiotic behavior
