Terrible home loan service by ABSA

Never take out a home loan with ABSA. When you want to pay your settlement amount, they give you the incorrect amount, and even when you pay more than the settlement figure, you still owe them more. I received a very demanding sms stating that I must ensure that I have enough money in my account for the next debit order (although I had paid the settlement amount given to me?). On enquiring about this I waa told that I had an outstanding amount of R2.85.... Where this came from, is anybody's guess. Do yourself a favour and NOT take out a home loan with, absolutely pathetic service!
