Terrible experience with absa financing

I bought a vehicle from a second hand dealer in the first week of July 2018, financed through ABSA. Two days after I got the vehicle I started getting issues with it and terminated the agreement with ABSA in accordance to and as per the requirements set in the agreement. The business development officer from ABSA, Reza Rehman, then communicated with me to no avail.

I then proceeded with the termination with ABSA, which I had to do through a lawyer in order for them to take the matter seriously. Two weeks after my lawyer sent a letter to ABSA, I finally got a reply from their legal team, which in affect did not address the issue directly but was instead a letter that was for the most part copied and pasted from a different, totally unrelated, legal document and was only changed to fit the involved parties (I do have proof of this). In this letter it was then also clear that ABSA has no interest in assisting me - their client. My lawyer then promptly responded to their letter and now yet again, two weeks later and I have yet to receive a response from ABSA. In the interim I am left to pay the installments, insurance and legal fees while they take their time. Their incompetency is costing me, their client, money. I cannot express how greatly I regret choosing ABSA as this whole experience from the start was utterly terrible and dealing with them even more so. It is clear that ABSA has no interest in new client service.
