TERRIBLE DISGUSTING POOR SERVICE

I have a vehicle financed through absa , and its just a whole mess every month payments and arrangements that are made are not being allocate i have to continuously call and explain and always have consultants dropping the call i wish that one of the managers can call me to rectify my account ASAP this is such poor service from such a big Bank!
