Terrible customer service and uncorcerned

Terrible customer service allow merchant transactions to go through after your credit card has expired and I wanted to use the opportunity to get away from the merchant.If I ask them over e-mail to finally stop the credit card they want to refer me back to merchant where I have difficulty to log in and cancel my subscription.
