Terrible Customer service and profile management

Absolutely Shocking service!!!!!!!!!

Definitely the last straw. All my limits were reset on my online platforms, without my request or permission. And I' now being forced to go into a branch for the mistakes ABSA made! to correct their error. No support team can even tell me who and why made these changes on my account. useless
