Terrible customer service

I have switched banks. To close my credit card was somewhat easy. To close my debit and savings account has been impossible. I've called several times, always told I will be called by relevant department within two days. I've been into a branch twice always told I will be called by relevant department. Never open and account they will make it impossible for you to close. It's been months of frustration
