Terrible customer service
Good morning,
I am so dissapointed with ABSA bank, because they accepted the debt review proposal from the debt Review company and from 2016 the balance is not going down. They do not get back to the debt review company regarding this querie. We have been waiting for a response for more than two months regarding this matter so that we can resolve it.
