Terrible bull**** service

I ordered a card and everytime I go to the branch to collect , they are closed. Finally when they decide to open , the service is bull****. I am told the person who has keys is not at work and when I ask that i be issued any other card then cause I have been waiting I am made to wait more than an hour and when i finally see a consultant , I am told to go take a sit and they assist someone else who found me at the branch and all other people who found me at the branch were assisted accept stupid me. I have been banking with Absa to more that 12 years and this is the ****ed up service i am offered....I am terminating all relations with you absa.
