Terrible and disgusting treatment towards custormer

What a terrible bank ABSA is. My account was blocked with zero communication to why I just can no longer transact and I’ve called and called and been put on hold for over 30 minutes and then they just hang up.

I have no access to my money as ABSA has a hold of my account.i am left stranded and cannot buy food or pay my other accounts. ABSA have placed a hold on my account without informing me and no communication as to why my accounts has been placed on hold.

Terrible and disgusting service towards client.
