Terrible

I went to ABSA Diamond Pavilion last week Friday and had to wait almost 2hours for a consultant ro see me as there was only 1consultant working. She was very patient and very helpful when we eventually got in her office . I had to go back today for a query and waited another hour when aksed by an employee what we wanted they asked another consultant to assist us she simply refused and said she was tired and not willing to help we should rather wait. She said that infront of us not even acknowledging us sitting there . I have never been so disgusted by service I received in my life.
