Terrible

I report a claim. I specify to the consultant that it is the pressure pump aswell as the geyser. He confirms with me that the plumber will sort out both the problems. The plumber calls me then says he has not been told anything about the pressure pump. Now trieng to get this sorted out I have had to speak to 8 different people, then get put through and cut off, 30 minutes spent on the phone and still haven't been able to speak to the right person or get the problem resolved.<br>
