Termination of debt review contract

In 2013 I bought a car and Absa is financing me and since then I have been paying my installments monthly without any problems. Then last year I was struggling financial and I went through debt review. Absa a agreed on that and they never written me any letters objecting to this. This year I continue being under debt smoothly until last week Thursday 8/6/17 when a gentleman from Absa who is a collector arrived at my work place informing me that I need to sign a voluntary surrender papers for my car as they no longer want the debt review contract. He then said they did write to me and my debt counsellor. I then called my debt counsellor and they were not aware of any correspondence as I was surprised too. I was then advised by my debt counsellor not to sign anything. The gentleman left that day. Again on the 13/6/17 the same gentleman arrived at my work place to convince me to sign voluntary surrender papers. He then informed me that I owe the bank also an amount ranging around R30 000 and something and on that same day I must pay 50% then the remaining I can pay within six months then I will have to pay back my normal installments. If failing to do so he will take my car and sell it to an auction. With that option there are two scenario the car can be sold and be payed up or it can be sold and I will still owe the bank and will have to pay that money. I will never be able to buy a car in this world again. I was so afraid and I felt intimidated by him. I then called my debt counsellor and was advised not to sign and to go and open a harassment case in police station but the police did not help me, they said I should go to court. The collector man for Absa bank kept calling my number and my work number as to keep intimidating me. Only on the 14/6/17 Absa bank emailed me and my debt counsellor some documents saying it's the termination letter and that was my first time to see that including my debt counsellor was surprised too. I'm now leaving in fear not knowing what will happen to me and my car. I'm very disappointed to Absa bank as this is not my first car they have financed. I feel they are taking advantage of me and the way this whole situation has been handled is not professional. I need your urgent help on this matter,I can't sleep nor think normal as I'm leaving in fear. I'm on chronic medication with serious illness and this is affecting my health too.
