TERMINATION - Debt review

I was in debt review and I cancel them and pay cancellation fee 2020 since now I've been asking ABSA to remove my name they're busy saying they didn't received recession order and debt counselor forward all the documents and another thing they don't reply on emails because they copy me on emails .All I want from them to remove my name and if there's any documents that is short they must state which documents .
