I recieved a letter the other day from Absa stating that my account will be placed on hold of I don’t produce a new permit,unfortunately for me home affairs takes their time to issue these things however Absa doesn’t care about it,I once got kicked out by my landlord because my account was frozen pending New permit.If Absa is so anti foreign nationals why don’t you ban us completely from banking with you,because this is so frustrating,there is a number on the letter that just rings and the other doesn’t work for the past week ‘ ********** 702/2197,I wanted to call and ask what I need to do now because I am also waiting but that shouldn’t affect my entire existence because I bank with you no?If that is the case unfortunately all my income comes via Absa so I will have to close my account then .

Can you call me since you don’t answer your phones ????
