teller's attitude

I received a poor customer service at Absa centurion lake mall.When I approached teller no 04/05 (last teller On My right) she was talking to her colleague Lerato while Lerato was serving another customer as well.she failed to greet me and also to find out how can she assist me.she just took my Arto/slip and my money without even asking me how much I want to pay.she kept on talking to her colleague as if I don't exist, I felt like they were doing me a favour and I was Interrupting their conversation.i don't expect this from Absa,as I know that their tellers must pay full attention to customers when serving them.Their behaviour is regarded as rude, arrogant and disrespectful to customers.I felt that they took advantage of me because I look young and I am black.After this incident I felt like closing my account and moving to another bank.
