Telkom mobile voucher invalid

<p>I bought two Telkom MOBILE vouchers with my absa rewards on the absa app. When I try to enter it, it tells me voucher is invalid. Phoned Telkom mobile and they said no that is vouchers for telkom landlin, absa must refund me. I phoned absa and they refuse to refund me and said i made the fault because i chose Telkom landline and not Telkom MOBILE. I know for a fact I did not make that fault, because I know there is a difference between the two. I made double sure it was Telkom MOBILE vouchers I was buying! I am very disappointed in absa for not wanting to refund me even if it wasn't my fault!</p>
