Technical problem becomes my problem!

On Sunday, 10 January, I went to an appliance store to buy a washing machine.<br> This was on special, ending that day. So my husband, me and our 4 month old,<br> goes happily for a nice shopping experience, but thanks to ABSA it turned into<br> a nightmare! None of my cards worked! First, the embarra*****t: it looked like<br> I have no funds. Second: a waste of my precious time. What should have been<br> half an hour tops, turned into a 2 hour nigtmare. Thirdly: having to run to an<br> ATM in the heat only to find that does not work either. And last but not least<br> a screaming baby that just want to go home. The hell with you ABSA. You ruined<br> my day. The one day I had to spend with my family.Walking out without the<br> appliance and missing the special what I came for in the first place! I<br> suppose I should be gratefull that I did not need money for a medical<br> emergency or for food! Your call centre are pathetic, they don't listen to the<br> customer and transfer you here and there without any solution. In the end i<br> hanged up.And all the transaction fees for nothing. I wil change banks as soon<br> as I can.<br>
