Teared money with ink

ABSA bank please stop putting teared money with ink in your ATMs. I went to your branch to complain about the notes that I received from the ATM,it had ink and teared on the side - I was given this number 0 ********** 41 to call but no one could help. This has happened to me twice now.

First time it was the ATM in Bertrams second time in Sandton city mall. I went to absa branch in Sandton city yesterday but I was told to call absa and complain. I showed the women who works at the help desk the note that I received from the ATM she just gave me your complaint number and I did call your number but no help.
