Tea time not work time

We have been sitting for almost a hour waiting to be helped by your service consultants,but there is one lady here and all she does is chat with the clients like they are best friends, its annoying when you know she could've been done if she did not chat about non working matters. Also why is there one consultant helping clients? How are we supose to do banking if no one can helpnus? This bank is pathetic
