Tax/Interest Statement

I've been emailing and phoning since 03/10/2017 to get a interest statement for e-Filing but I am still waiting on a response. I get the automated reply when I send emails and follow up on emails but nothing more. The customer care line is always extremely busy and you hold for very long and then you are referred to a number with a recorded message and the line goes dead after the message. Short on going to an ABSA branch, WHAT must I do to get a interest statement?!
