Tax Free Savings Account - ABSA TAKES MY MONEY BUT DOESN'T GIVE SERVICE
Shocking service
unable to open a tax free savings account, call the callcentre for assistance, first person doesn't know about the account, second person completely unwilling to assist. Advised they are aware of the error and I must keep trying, sure, ILL CONTINUE TRYING FOR ANOTHER MONTH!
I have been with Absa for several years and the lack of service I receive is horrific! Do not bank with Absa!
