Tax Certificates vs Estate NIGHTMARE - be aware!

My Mother had an account with ABSA. She passed away in March 2020 and I was appointed as the Executor of her Estate. I have been trying for weeks to get her tax certificates out of ABSA. My first request was on 26 August 2020. I have submitted all the required documents to ABSA 4 x and counting.... 1. When closing my Mothers accounts, 2. when I opened the Estate Bank Acount, 3. I emailed it to them, 4. I emailed it to them again. I also phoned more than once, the lady on the line try to help, but actually does not know anything. She once confirmed that they received the documents. The second time that she cannot pick-up the Executors letter (even thought everything was emailed together - TWICE). Now she has escalated my query... Still nothing. How difficult can it be? Why can no one give me proper feedback. Did they receive the documents or not. Is there something wrong with the documents or not. Is ABSA able to issie the tax cetificates or not? The feedback from the department is really bad, a reference number is also not issued when contacting them. It is not difficult to provide a proper service to clients, or maybe it is.
